OK, so needless to say it's been awhile since I blogged LOL
I have to say I've been pretty busy getting ready for this baby boy to come. For those that don't know, we are scheduled to be induced on Tuesday, May 13th!!
I had an ultrasound on Tuesday this week and he is just getting too big. The tech estimated him to be around 9lbs at this point. I'm hoping and praying she is off a few POUNDS LOL
So due to my past history of difficult births, we need to try to get him out to avoid an emergency c-section. There is a real concern that he could get stuck because of the way my pelvis is......I know alot of women who have had 9-10lb babies no problem, but it's not a possibility for me. Thank you genetics :\ LOL
My mom flew in yesterday and so I feel much better knowing she is here and not going to miss anything. I was a little freaked out Tuesday that she wasn't here and my doctor started talking about inducing me that night! Luckily, we did an amnio and saw that the baby's lungs aren't *quite* ready yet.....so that bought me another week!
So I guess my next blog post will be announcing the newest member of the family! I'm taking the next few days to get ready and also we are celebrating Roman's 3rd birthday Sunday :D
